The ingredients are really simple. All you need is 2.5 kgs of ground beef (or lamb), brown rice, broccoli stalks and 3 potatoes.

Fry ground beef, in a pan until golden brown. Boil 4-5 cups of water then add the broccoli. Add the potatoes to the frying pan with the beef. Mix everything together in the pot, add pepper and serve with the brown rice.

Make your own dog food - Great Chicken Recipe!

One of the great home cooked dog food recipes that your dog will absolutely adore, is a delicious chicken meal. You will need: 2 chicken thighs or breasts (skin less), 1 stalk celery - sliced, 3 peeled and halved carrots, 2 potatoes that are peeled and cubed, 2 cups uncooked rice and 5-6 cups of water.

Put the chicken into a pot of cold water. Add the celery, carrots and potatoes, and some salt to add some flavor. Let it all simmer for around two hours, or until the chicken becomes tender. Add the rice and let everything cook in low heat for about 30 minutes until the rice absorbs most of the liquid.

Take the pot off of the burner. (Be Careful not to get burned), and take the meat off the chicken bone. When the chicken meat is in the pot, stir until everything is well mixed, and then let it all cool down before serving it to your dog.

Stay tuned for more great recipe's and other info. Dogs die every day due to the harmful additives in dog food. When you make your own dog food, you know your dog is not ingesting these harmful additives.

You actually would not believe what's in some of the commercially available dog food. Commercial dog food can contain Sodium Pentobarbital “the stuff used for putting animals to sleep” If consumed for extended periods, serious health problems can occur in your pet, even death!

There are also tons of other potentially harmful chemicals found in commercial dog foods, such as butylated hydroxyanisole (BHA), butylated hydroxytoluene (BHT), Ethoxyquin and Propylene Glycol. These ingredients can cause your dog to develop kidney problems, cancer, and even destroy it's red blood cells.

I'll give the rest of the story in the next post. In the meantime, if you are interested in learning how to make your own dog food, take a look at one of my favorite ebooks.
The Dog Food Conspiracy-Click Here!
